Each plan includes the following services:
• Two annual cleanings
• Dental X-rays and examination to identify developing or existing issues
• Prophylaxis to prevent dental disease
• 10% OFF usual, customary, and reasonable (UCR) dental fees
• $50 credit towards dental procedures
Our membership pricing is as follows:
